Homepod mini stuck on white circling light

I wanted to transfer my Homepod mini to a new house. So, I have deleted it from the home app and iCloud. But in the new house, the Homepod mini was stuck on a flashing white light in a circle. I left it all night, but in the morning, it was the same. Tried to reset it by holding on the top, the color changed to red waited 20 min but nothing happened. Tried to restore with with Mac but the error was "The HomePod could not be restored. The session is inactive.". So, I don't know what to do. Please help.
