Apple Pencil 2 animation on Ipad

Every time I magnetically attach my Apple Pencil 2 to the top of my iPad mini, an annoying animation (of a slowly spinning Apple Pencil) pops up over and over again. This is making my iPad unusable while the pencil is charging/attached.

This happens without moving it.

The pencil is fully charged.

I have restarted my IPad multiple times to no avail.

I got the pencil yesterday and the IPad the day before. Please help!

Apple Pencil Gen 2 Connected but is not Working I recently bought an Apple Pencil 2nd Generation for my iPad Pro 11-inch M2. It connected like it's supposed to, appearing on the battery widget, etc. However, the pencil does not work as it should when I detach it from my iPad and try to use it. The pencil is also stuck at 60% from the notification, but it's 62% on the battery widget. Is it perhaps a faulty device or is there something I can do?

Weird Apple Pencil side screen When I connect my Apple Pencil to my iPad Pro, I get this thing on the screen beside my Apple Pencil where the Apple Pencil is spinning and I can’t move my screen at all, unless I take a screenshot then delete it, then the part of the screen that has an Apple Pencil and the Apple Pencil is spinning goes away. This is really annoying when I’m trying to draw or do something and either having to connect my Apple Pencil or put it back makes me wait like for 20 seconds. Can anybody please help or tell me why this is happening? I don’t see other people having this problem. I tried restarting my iPad and reconnecting my Apple Pencil again, but it still shows up like this. If you know anything to help or know why please tell me and it is greatly appreciated.
