Find details about my devices

I recently had an unfortunate events where my dog knocked my MacBook over and I couldn’t get anything to come up. I’ve dropped it off at a repair place and at first glance they believe it’s just a display so hopefully that will be all. But in the event after diagnostics it turns out that I need to replace the device, I wanted to start browsing for good deals on the same device. But I don’t see where I can find The details and specs on the one I have. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I found one page about viewing your devices and it said to open Apple Music and go to your account but I’m on an iPad Pro so when I open Apple Music there isn’t any link to any account anywhere that I can find.

I know what I had was an apple MacBook Pro 13 inch. But I don’t recall off the top of my head how much memory or speed it had. So right now I can’t easily shop for a comparable item and I really just don’t see where I can find that info easily. Can anyone tell me how to locate that with my Apple account? Like I’m not even seeing a central page I can go to that would list everything. Now that’s probably because I’ve never tried to use it this way before but can someone help me out here please?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.5

I have some comments which I hope may be useful. Apparently since your Mac isn't functional, you are unable to get its system information. Do you have the original purchase receipt? It may list some of that information. You can go on to the Apple web site where there links which will provide the specifications on each basic model (not including upgrades for RAM, etc.) Your Apple account does not have what you are looking for. It stores your user ID and passwords. The newer MacBooks are likely to have some differences from an older model, such as the types of connecters which are provided as standard. What you want to do is to purchase enough installed RAM for your purposes, which you haven't shared. The minimum would be 16 GB but personally I would get more. (You can't add more later.) If you do photo editing etc., much more will be needed. Last, why not visit an Apple store and discuss your needs with them?
