airpods keep pausing

My new airpods Pro and now my old airpods 2nd gen are pausing live streaming on my iPhone15. I don't think it's my phone because when I use my regular blue tooth ear buds it doesn't do that. I've tried turning off automatic ear detection but that didn't fix the problem. I also tried resetting them. At work I stream live tv while I work and I need them to quit pausing.

AirPods Pro won’t play/pause audible Hello! My AirPods Pro won’t play/pause when I am using the Audible app. It works in Spotify and YouTube. I’ve had this problem for a while, and just recently got a new phone and the problem continues. Does anyone else have this problem or have any advice other than resetting my AirPods? thanks!

Airpods Pausing Unpausing Problems with iOS 18 Issue with iOS 18 for AirPods: When I lock my phone while music is playing, it pauses or resumes. This occurs four times before the song is resumed. Does not happen when connected to my macbook. Also the max volume is decreased. MODEL : iPhone 14 Pro
