New iPad says unavailable password won’t work

Got a new iPad it works fine yesterday but today it says unavailable what can I do.

Connect it using the cable to a computer and read

If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support


 

if you don't have a computer then you will need to use a computer from a relative/friend/public library or computer store
