wifi and bluetooth are unable and on grayed out
i can’r turn on wifi and bluetooth, i already restart all network but still didn’t work

Everything that you are telling us indicates that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth have failed on your iPhone. This will involve major repairs to the phone.....if they are possible.
