Kinnser patient signature webpage sizing issue on iphones

As I have seen a lot of people had the same issue as me. In order to get a patient sign in Kinnser on an iphone, since it is a website, the screen zooming/screen size was impossible to adjust.

I heard a solution today that worked!!!

Go to the website, once logged in, on the left lower corner tab on the AA, at the bottom of the list it shows you a small A and a percentage and next to it a larger sized A. Tab on the smaller A to reduce Zoom on the website and reduce to 50%.

You will see, next time you tab on the little red house icon, you will be able to see the whole screen.

Just in case, turn off and back on your phone but it should work.

I had tried several other ways to reduce the site size and enable zooming in/out etc through Settings, but nothing worked.
