I cannot open my photoshop app. It tells me to contact itunes support.

I have Photoshop and Lightroom Classic and I am unable to open my photoshop app. It tells me to contact itunes support because something is wrong. Also, I use to have a little symbol for all the adobe photoshop type apps and stuff to click on which app I want to use and it is no longer visble or am I able to find it. I am a photgrapher and really need back into it ASAP.
