Is it possible for me to trade in my undamaged iPhone 15 Pro Max (512 GB) for an iPad pro?

No, but if you purchased it from an Apple Store, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it. If you ordered it from Apple online after November 3rd, you have until January 8th to return it for a refund.
You can then use the money to buy whatever you want.
