Can't listen to music in Apple Music web player on Windows 10

Apple Music stopped working on my work PC running Windows 10. I've listened using the web player in Google Chrome for at least a month without issue, but today after listening for around 4 hours it stopped playing any content and an error message popped up.


The error message reads:

An Error Occurred
Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again


I've tried refreshing the page, using incognito mode, using Microsoft Edge, and restarting the computer, but I keep getting the same error message. I don't have any problem playing Apple Music on my iPhone, and the computer has a very fast internet connection. (92 mbps download) I don't understand what the problem is and would really like to be able to listen to my music on this computer again.

Also, I can't install any applications or extensions because it is a work computer and I don't have the necessary permissions.
