Blank contacts and can't open apps when sharing screenshots

Whenever I take a screenshot, I cannot send it to contacts or open apps when I hit the share button (square with arrow pointing up). This is what it looks like when I try. This started when I upgraded to iOS 17 and just updated to 17.2.1 with the same issue.

Quick share to recent contacts not working On my iPhone, quick sharing to recent Messages contacts in the iOS 13 share sheet does not work. This happens when sharing from any app (Photos, Safari, etc.). When I tap on the contact in the share sheet, nothing happens. This has been happening for several weeks. sharing contacts via whatsapp is not working Sharing contacts from iphone via WhatsApp Since yesterday, I have been unable to share contacts from any of my iphones via WhatsApp. When I am viewing a contact and hit 'share contact' and then select WhatsApp the screen view reduces slightly in size momentarily and then returns to normal with nothing seeming to have happened. i.e. I cannot select a WhatsApp group or person to share the contact with. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Sending pictures and have two small picture of pages at bottom or top of ipad when using internet or writing mails. Not able to send any pictures! When trying, the picture comes up and at bottom I can see parts of messenger and other 'sending' related stuff?....total picture not as big as should be...and all frozen. The only thing I can do is to push an arrow on top left, resulting in back to pictures. other problem is this to 'mini pages' top or bottom, if I push them, page 'disappear' so you only can see a small part of it on left side, tap on it, and your back again. My contact list always comes up with one HUGE picture of the person I look for, and a narrow list of all other persons on left side. Even not able to send pictures of the two problems 😢 have a nice day!......I don't 😂
