Hello sir I have a facebook meta verified payment failure would you like to tell me why my payment are keep failure when I try to meta verified

Why my payment are keep failure during the meta verified subscription

at least i did instagram profile verified but when I try to meta verified suddenly pop up coming ( payment failure please try again later)

I contact facebook agent he explained me about everything he said no issues from facebook you just contact with apple payment support so sir please let me know the exact problem
