I keep getting an error code when trying to restore first it was error 21 now its 2015 I don't have another computer to use how to i fix this?

I'm trying to restore my ipone but i keep getting an error first is was error 21 then it was 2015 what should I do I dont have another computer to use and until i do the retore the Iphone wont turn on.
