Scam cash apps

I’ve read a lot about people being scammed with these win tons of cash apps, calling for Apple to do something about them, but I would like to know what Apple will do?

Cash for bingo. Is it fraud? the App Store has dozens of apps that claim you can earn absurd amounts of cash playing bingo, solitaire, or slots. Everyone I’ve tried has been a scam. Does apple have no oversight at all to protect its customers from fraud? Or perhaps I’m just unlucky, has anyone here ever actually earned money from these apps?

fraudulant apps on App store Has anyone experienced fraud from app developers on App Store? I downloaded 2 apps, “V380” and V380 pro” that were required to connect and control a new camera I bought. It asked for my creditcard to verify my account. As soon as I entered my info, multiple charges started appearing on my CC from different locations and different amounts. My bank called and they previously identified them as scammers.
