I had added money to my apple id account to renew my apple developer id. it has been conveyed to me that i cant use this money i.e. apple id money to renew my developer id.
So i asked for a refund of the same to my same bank account and apple support member conveyed to me she cant do that too.
I am forced to spend my money on something which i dont want to buy.
Is it fair?

Normally once funds are in Apple Account balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.
