Apps on an iPhone don't use Javascript.
Javaascript is used by websites in browsers only.
What exactly did you do? What apps don't work? What happens when you try to use them?
Hard to believe it was turned off accidentally, because the process to turn it off requires going deep into Safari settings. Its not just a random switch you can flip. You need to actually want to do it.
What is happening that makes you think Javascript is turned off?
If it is turned off, you turn it on the same way you would have turned it off, by going into Settings ➜ Safari ➜ Advanced ➜ Javascript.
If you use other web browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome etc... then each of them has their own Javascript switch in their own settings.
