Text received are grey on new 15 iPhone why?

Incoming texts have always been grey. Outgoing are Blue to iMessage recipients and Green to SMS/MMS recipients.

There is nothing wrong... Blue means your in an imessage chat with another iphone user.

Green text means you chatting with a non iphone user.
