I have received a few of these emails the last few weeks, but my payment info is correct. I've tried removing it and updating again, but I keep getting emails. One says:

There is a problem with your payment method which may prevent the renewal of this subscription. To avoid losing access to your service, update your payment information. and then a hyper link to "fix visa xxxx" which just brings me to Apple Music for what I assume is access to the Apple Store. Again, my cc info is correct so what is wrong?

The other email I got says:

  • On 12/30/2023 you are scheduled to be charged $0.99 for iCloud+ with 55 GB of storage, but there is a problem with your payment information. Please update your payment information as soon as possible. If we cannot successfully charge your account, it will be downgraded to the free 5 GB plan and your service may be affected.Follow the instructions below to update your billing information:

1.Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

2.Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.

3.Tap Manage Payments (if you’re using an older version of iOS, tap Payment Information) and follow the prompts.

This shows the same steps as above, but my info in Apple Pay is correct so I don't know what is wrong.

Any ideas?
