When I go to accept money it says "Apple Cash Unavailable. Apple Pay services are currrently unavailable. Please try again later."

But everything is up and running on Apples list of sites. Can anyone help?

Please log out of your Apple ID/iCloud account, restart your device and then log back into your account.
