How do I access an Activity Monitor on my MacBoook Air (13 inch , 2015)

I want to be able to check usual resource usage when I have slow downs on m mac.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7

One way is to use Spotlight Search (magnifying glass in the menu bar or command spacebar key combination).

Other ways are to use the Launchpad or use Finder "Go" menu > Applications to open the Applications folder and then look for Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder there.
