You probably can't directly transfer that data. You'll have to see what backup/restore options those apps offer. Many offer the option to link your account to an email address to save your progress.

Did you switch from Android to iPhone? Did you use the "Move to iOS" app?

All the move to iOS app does is compile a list of apps on your phone and download the app from the Apple AppStore.

The app is not copied over, no data inside the app is moved over.
