How to authorize computer to download music

I would like to export music into my Premiere Pro. When I try to download a song on apple music, it says that my computer isn't authorized. How do I fix this so I can import my music into Premiere?

So either the app is being very buggy and having an authorization issue or I have no idea what is going on. Apple music web and my iphone 12 pro play my music just fine, so it is 100% the windows app that is bugging. any help would be appreciated

Trying to configure Apple Music on my PC I have used iTunes in the past, and have Apple Music on my iPhone containing albums that I had previously uploaded to iTunes via my computer or paid to download directly. I have recently downloaded Apple Music to my PC. Once I login with my Apple ID the app recognizes my library, but I cannot play any of the songs. It tells me that I need to "authorize this computer from the Account menu". When I do that, and login again with my Apple credentials, it tells me that my password has changed, and "Please sign out from the Account menu and try again". Well, the password has not changed (since I just logged into Apple Music with it), and when I do that I get the same response. Apple help, via chat, had no clue how to assist me. Hopefully someone in the Community know the answer.

How do I play a song on an authorized computer that it keeps saying that the computer is not authorized. When I go into itunes and select play song on my desktop computer I get a message that my computer is not authorized to play the song. I go through the steps to authorize the computer and it states that my computer is already authorized but it still will not play the song. Only this one song Changed by Tamar Braxton that will not play on my computer but will play on my iphone.
