How to delete OperativeMachinefld? OK and show in Finder does not work to put this into the trash.

I am getting the message "OperativeMachinefld" will damage your computer. This file was downloaded on an unknown date. The option of "Ok" and "show in Finder' does not work to allow me to place in the trash.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.1

The Apple built-in anti-malware is blocking some junk.
