Wife got new iPad. I got her old iPad Mini 3. How do I change from her name to mine?

When we first got it my name shows up as owner but her Apple I.D. is below my name and her password is used for Apple/iTunes connection. I would like to switch from her Apple I.D. to mine on the older iPad.
