Touch Bar black but working
Since a week ago, the Touch Bar of my MacBook Pro is totally black. the brightness and sounds can be adjusted but again that's black so I am using it with "luck".
What is happening?

What happened...sounds like your Touchbar back light has failed.
You do not say what exact Mac is this...lets assume it is an Intel Mac(?)
If it is software you can try both:
resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
You can try reinstalling the macOS
