Delayed Voice Messages

I’ve read the Apple community on this issue yet I have not seen a resolve. I have an IPhone 13 Pro. My voice messages are delayed for 12 hours or more. Just randomly. A client will leave a message today & it won’t surface until the NEXT day. This is so bad for my business.

T-Mobile said they checked everything & it’s a phone issue. I updated to the latest iPhone version but it was delayed before the update so I can’t say that’s the problem. Will someone at Apple please help with this issue. Appears a lot of people are having the same issue.
