Voice Message Transcription not working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max

Just wanting to know if anybody knows how to fix this issue. My voice messages and a few other peoples voice messages cannot be transcribed, however some people’s voice messages can be transcribed, does anybody know how to fix this? (We’re all set to Australian region)
