Voice memos not syncing to iCloud.

Dear Everyone,

My recordings from Voice memos are not syncing to iCloud, even if all the settings to have been enabled. I don't see Voice memo app/folder in my iCloud account.

iOS Version is 17.0.3, iPhone 13 Pro.

Photos and contacts, and "Drive" are accessible, there is Garage band folder, where the recordings are accessible (but not for Voice memos).

I am using iCloud+, and have plenty of storage left.

Where can I find the Voice memos, please? Why are they not syncing?

How do I sync voice memos (it's chagned)? How do I sync voice memos to my computer, please? I used to know how but since iTunes became "Music" I've been unable. I read somewhere that my voice memos should be syncing to the "Voice Memos" app but they're not. I also read that my voice memos should be getting stored in iCloud but that's not happening either. Thank you very much in advance!

Is it possible for iphone to save Voice Memos DIRECTLY to iCloud Drive? I'll be making a lot of memos, so having to move every single one manually iCloud Drive would be a hassle, and I'll need to edit them on my pc. But just enabling Voice memos on my iPhone yields no results. iCloud Drive is empty, which by the by is weird, what's even the point of me enabling Voice Memos in iCloud if it doesn't start automatically backing them up? Anyway, so is there any way to permanently change the path where Voice Memos are saved to iCloud Drive folder?
