Try clicking or tapping it and seeing what the message is. A blue triangle sometimes appears after converting an Excel file to alert you to incompatibilities. Numbers doesn't support some Excel functions. Others it supports but doesn't like the syntax. For example, in Excel 1 and 0 can be used for boolean true and false. Numbers can support this but doesn't like it and alerts you.
