iPhone 14 speed test show Microsoft Azure as provider

I have an iPhone 14, and a iPad 10th gen. When I run a speed test on the iPad, it shows that Xfinity is the service provider (which is correct), and the speed is over 200 mbs. However, when I run the same test on the iPhone 14, it shows Microsoft Azure as the service provider, and the speed is about 17 mbs, much slower.

Both devices are on the same WIFI network, and I ran the test in the same location. Both the iPad and iPhone have the same apps, and the latest software and app updates are installed.

Why is the iPhone displaying Microsoft Azure as the provider and how do I change it to Xfinity?
