How do I cancel Apple Pay I’m being charged 9.99 and I don’t even use it.

This sounds like a subscription and subscriptions need to be canceled with the merchant. Who is the merchant? Who is the issuer of the credit or debit card being used to complete the transaction? Do you suspect the transaction is fraudulent?
