We have been having issues with our service recently. I have spoke to verizon and they said they do not think it is on their end. Calls have been failing, we are not receiving calls, our phone goes into SOS mode and sometimes it says verizon wifi in the upper right hand corner. We have new iphone 15 pro max phones. I do not know what else to do. This has been very frustrating.

this phone has a primary and secondary number. Verizon did the eSIM thing for me and I asked why my number was entered twice in the primary and secondary. I went through everything I read from everyone. What I did was find the line that worked, which was my secondary. Changed it to my primary and deleted the other eSIM with my duplicate number. I am no tech person so that is the best way I can describe it. Now my phone works with no problems.
Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues are persisting
If they are persisting it is most of the times something on the end of Verizon
persons have called me, said they tried to get through to me not been successful, called me twice or thrice, to get through to me, this has happened over the last 2 to 3 weeks.
example today, GP tried calling me, went to voicemail when called them back.
This has happened to me twice in the last week. I have AT&T not Verizon. It starts working again after turning the phone off and back on but it did not fix the problem.

This has been happening to me for months, it’s mainly when I’m on my home WiFi, calls don’t come through and I can’t make calls. So upsetting
I’m having the same issue. My carrier is T-Mobile. What did you end up doing?
Its really frustating issue sometimes , network disappers suddenly and says call failed
