Hi , I’ve MacBook Pro 2015 and I need help . Where I can find the SSD adapter with Sata cable to get off my data . There are so many but it’s hard to find right one . Could any one please help me .

You need to get one of the OWC Envoy Pro Enclosures.....assuming that is an Apple OEM SSD (looks like it, but hard to be 100% from that side).
OWC makes two different Envoy Pro Enclosures.....one is for 2012 & early-2013 models, while the other one is for the Late-2013 to 2015 MBPros and 2017 MBAir.

Is this a blade style SSD or a 2.5" SSD? I know you mentioned a 2015 laptop, but so many people incorrectly list the older non-Retina (mid-2012) model as 2015 sometimes because that is when they purchased it.
If this is for the original Apple OEM blade style SSD for the Retina laptop, then you will need the OWC Envoy Pro Enclosure.
If it is for a standard 2.5" SSD from a non-Retina laptop, then this USB to SATA Adapter is good:
