I have been charged twice for my Apple TV subscription. How do I get a refund
My credit card was charged twice in the month of October for Apple TV one week apart.

It is not possible to have two charges on one Apple ID account for the same thing.
Possibly one of these charges is for something else.
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement. The bank/card statement will list the merchant (e.g. Apple), but not the product or service.
View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support. Each charge will be specified in the purchase history, including subscription fees, in chronological order.
See your subscriptions overview - Apple. All your active subscriptions that are linked to one Apple ID account, are listed in the overview, including billing amount and due dates for billing.
