My new Apple Watch won't charge
I have purchased the new Apple Watch & it won’t charge. It looks like it has a film on the back, I cannot remove it.
Does this film have to be removed to be able to charge?

New Apple watches are wrapped in one piece of protective film that covers the front and back but it's all one piece. If you removed it from the front, the back should have been removed with it.
Did you check to see if there is a protective film on the watch's charging puck that you should remove?
