Cancelled subscriptions keep showing up as unpaid and I can't use App Store
It say I have unpaid subscriptions but I canceled them all before the trail ended

Are you sure that you canceled them 24 hours before the trial period ended? Failure to do that in time results in the trial automatically converting to a paid subscription.
Did you cancel them properly?

If there is a payment discrepancy, you usually need to speak to Apple Support to clear that up.
