I did the backup of my iPhone on my PC with iTunes. iTunes confirms that backup has been done but the folder is empty.
I located the Apple folder, then the Mobilesync folder then Backup but it is empty. Any idea how I can locate my backup?

Did you look in both %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup and %UserProfile%\Apple\MobileSync\Backup? Which location is used depends on whether iTunes was installed using a download from apple.com or the Microsoft Store.

Thank you for your reply. I already did that but the backup folder is empty. Now I am proceeding to free some space 'cause probably my hard disk is too full.
