Safari Drop Down Menu - Clearing Cache

I am trying to clear my cache only. When I click on the Safari drop down menu, the only option I see is "Clear History". I don't see a "Preferences" tab.

The only tabs I have on the Safari drop down menu are: "About Safari ... Safari Extensions ...Settings... Privacy Report ...Settings for discussions.apple.com ... Clear History ....Services ... Hide Safari ...Hide Others ...Quit Safari" .... There is also a greyed out item called: "Show All" which I can't access.

How do I clear my cache without clearing anything else?

Will clearing my cache clear my passwords?

Thank you so much!

Here you go: Change Privacy settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

"To change these settings, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy."

Read Manage Website Data

"Remove cookies and website data for individual websites or all of them."

That will not clear Safari's History or Safari's saved passwords.
