Archive synchronization problem

I bought a new Macbook Air last week and I wanted to connect Apple Music. I connected it, but archive synchronization did not turn on. It turns on in the settings on my phone, but then it closes. How do I fix this? I don't see any of my lists or I can't add them. It's gone in my lists.

Syncing music files from macbook to iphone only transfers a few tracks I’m not subscribed to Apple Music, I do have the 2TB iCloud. Music syncing doesn’t copy the all files in the selected playlists from my ssd to my iPhone. It does a few and insists to subscribe to iTunes match for the others, and ignores files not available there. Am I overlooking something and can I still do the oldskool file transferring sync over usb or is there no other way anymore than paying another subscription?

Apple Music Incremental Syncing My Apple Music only syncs incremental changes to my database like deleted tracks etc whilst connected via USB-C cable and once I eject and re-connect it stops the incremental sync changes and syncs the entire database again which takes 11 hours (1.03TB, 54,220 tracks). Why does the incremental sync only work while being connected via USB-C and stops working once ejected and re-connected? I'm on Ventura Version 13.4.1 (22F82) on MB Pro 16 inch, M1 Max, 64 GB, 8 TB SSD, 32 cores.

I am logged in with my Apple ID, but when I click on Music/General, Sync Library doesn't show as an option Having trouble synching my music. When I click on Music/General, it doesn't show as an option.

See Use Sync Library with your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support. I presume you have an active subscription to Apple Music.
