I cant call directly to one person

When i go on messages and then press call, it says she isnt avaliable for face time. Also, when i press on their icoj, the facetime and audio call button is grey and wont let me press it.

FaceTime is not working I have the IPhone 14 Pro and the newest iOS update. When i try to make a FaceTime call I can only see my self. The other person is just a big green letter, ex «H». I have checked my settings under FaceTime and my phone number is correct. Does any one know hos to fix this?

Why is my FaceTime not working? I don’t know why my FaceTime is not working it won’t let me FaceTime a specific contact it says “ chose another phone or email address to call contact” and it also says “ the number in the contact card is not available for FaceTime” but the person I’m calling does have a iPhone and her FaceTime is working . please help
