What is the particular situation you are encountering?

If you have evidence of unauthorized access, contact legal counsel, or contact police if they’re an option here, as unauthorized access can be considered a crime in many jurisdictions. Depending on the particular situation, contact with a victims’ rights organization may also be useful.

To secure an Apple ID, use a unique and robust password for the Apple ID and unique and robust passwords for each of your password-reset paths, check and change your cellular carrier PIN, and enable two-factor authentication on the Apple ID if not already.

Also, use Safety Check tool and other info described here:

There is a PDF of that Apple Personal Safety website available at the bottom of that webpage.

If direct physical access to the local hardware or local network has been available to the attacker, then the effort and difficulty of clearing a breach increases.

You’re using an iPhone of some sort, though with no cellular connectivity or maybe with a SIM or hardware problem, and are using the iPhone in low-powered mode.

Which iPhone? Which iOS version?

In Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > what is the maximum capacity percentage shown?

As for what relevance that EULA screenshot might have, I am unclear. Maybe you’re indicating that Tracfone is your intended cellular carrier?
