app destroyed my ipad

I was playing a game (Cityscapes) on my iPad Pro 9,7" for about a month. It crashed frequently but I didn't think much of it. A few days ago while I opened this game my iPad turned off (it had about 60% battery) and I am unable to turn it back on ever since. I tried force restarting it and I also connected it to my computer and then tried that again but nothing happened. I even downloaded some diagnostics app for my computer but it doesn't "see" my ipad (tried it with iphone and it works). I am going to take it to a diagnostics service but all of the ones that are authoriesed Apple services don't fix that model of iPad, they only allow you to exchange it for a new one if you pay way more than what it's now worth. I am afraid that fixing this problem may be impossible or very expensive, which I find unfair as this game (that seems to have caused all of my troubles) is only available on Apple Arcade - so it's not some shady app and it should work properly and not ruin my device. I contacted the game developers but of course there's no answear.
