Hi! I’ve had my 13 pro max since august. Recently it started showing a dollar sign and “let’s explore iphone 13 pro max” I’ll provide a screenshot for reference. The sign and text don’t appear on screenshots. The text is purple if I’m seeing correctly. I tried factory reset but it didn’t solve

Looks like handwriting on the screen, the letters are pretty distinctive.
Since it does not show in a screenshot, it would appear to be physical damage on the screen itself. Does it always show, no matter what you are viewing on the screen?

Yes it’s always there no matter where I go, as for physical damage why a dollar mark out of all.
