Setting up Face time on new I PAD
I am a new Apple user and am trying to use Face book. I had an IPad Air and had no problem. I purchased a new IPAD today and I do not know how to set up Face time. Suggestions??

Facebook and Facetime are two very different things, so your question is confusing. Facetime is an Apple service. Facebook is a service provided by the Meta corporation.
For Facetime:
On an Apple mobile device go to:
Settings > Facetime
Settings > iMessage
and turn on.

Also try restarting your device. That cleared up an activation issue we had, and it doesn't hurt to try.
