Apple music is missing almost all of my playlist options when I try to add an album to a playlist (Sonoma 14.2.1)

After updating to Sonoma 14.2.1, there seems to be a bug in Apple Music. In my personal library in Music, when I try to add an album to a playlist, it only offers me 2 options - my first playlist (alphabetically), and "create new playlist". My playlists are all still there and seem to work fine, but I can't add any songs to them (other than the first). I haven't had this issue with any previous versions of Music.
