IOS 17.2.1 Frozen Message Stack

Since update, a message stack is frozen on the bottom of the screen on iPhone 14. Cannot expand it. Tried changing notification settings to List, by App, powered off phone, restart but nothing works. The stack is from 10th November. It just appeared after the update and is now stuck there. No new message notifications arrive, even though I put all in Settings. Tapping and holding the stack just makes icons wiggle.

It is driving me mad.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
