ITunes Backups
I can no longer encrypt back using iTunes. Tried resetting password, did not help. I have pc windows 10 . When i start back it’s fine. Encryption shuts off. What can i do to fix it?

It may help to delete the existing backup before attempting to enable backup encryption. See Archive iPhone backup in Windows - Apple Community to preserve the existing backup should you wish. I would recommend backing up to iCloud too. Best to have more than one backup in case one of them doesn't want to restore when you try.
