Screen Time Popping Up

I have recently disabled screen time for my phone after an unrelated event happened that stopped me from doing anything. However, every single URL I click on or application that I open the screen time still pops up and ask me to put in the password I have completely disabled screen time and it keeps on doing this, and no matter how many times I say to the screen time to let me delete apps, it doesn’t let me delete the apps. Every single time I open an application and put in the code to let me use it. It works for a short time, but if I leave the app and come back to it, not even a second later, it is having me put in the code again , furthermore, YouTube has not been working for me at first I assumed it was something to do with a screen time limit but it is not because I have disabled screen time and I am still experiencing the same problem. Please tell me why it is prompting me to put in the password every single time I do anything on my phone . Thank you.

Please contact your Family organiser if you have one.

Go to Settings > Family > [child's name] > Screen Time. Tap the child for whom you want to set up Screen Time. Tap Screen Time, then follow the onscreen instructions. For information about Screen Time settings, see Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPhone.
