Out of sudden, all the applications aren't allowed to access the photos, the apps are asking me to change the settings in Privacy > Photos, but there's nothing there! I cannot upload or download any photos on Facebook or X or Reddit or Instagram and I don't know what's going on and how to fix it!

Question are you using the apps to go to Facebook, X, or Reddit or do you use Safari or Chrome or another browser? If you are using a browser like Safari, then in Privacy and Security > Photos> look for Safari and click your desired settings there. The only other thing that could be blocking you is Screen Time. Go to Settings>Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos and make sure it’s on Allow. Or if you don’t need Screentime, turn it off to avoid issues like this.
