I want to get my first Macbook. I want to get the Pro on M3 chip 13 inch but everyone is telling me no go for the air. My work is mostly research, too much writing, and downloading software for data analysis.
Also, I want to get the Arabic /English Keyboard. Is it for extra money ? how does it look like in mac keyboards?

Apple Silicon MacBook Air is perfectly capable for what you are describing, but don't buy the non-upgraded entry-level model.
[in my opinion] less than 16 GB RAM or less than 512-ish storage are systems intended for students, where ALL files are stored online.
There is no extra charge for a different language keyboard, but whether you can buy an Arabic one from Apple depends on the country where you are located.

I was able to drag and drop keyboard diagrams from the web site you have mentioned before, DIRECTLY into a response on the forums, If YOU can see them that means the forum software has figured out how to support that.
